I am in love with these Fish Tacos. Not only are they easy and tasty but, they’re filling, and delicious too! The fish is cooked with incredible spices giving it a beautiful flavor. The cilantro lime dressing is absolutely amazing. It brings everything together.

INGREDIENTS FOR EASY AND TASTY FISH TACOS
- 1/2 cup All-Purpose flour
- 4 Flounder fillets
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp cayenne
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Half tsp chili powder
- 2 tablespoon oil for frying
- jalapenos (optional)
PROCESS FOR EASY AND TASTY FISH TACOS
- In a shallow dish, combine the flour and spices. Mix until combined.
- Coat each piece of fish in the flour mixture.
- Heat up 2 tablespoons of oil on medium-high heat and shallow fry each piece of fish, for about 4 minutes on each side.
- Place on a paper napkin and set aside.
- In a blender, combine the mayonnaise, cilantro, water, and salt and blend until smooth. Taste and add more salt if needed. Prepare the cabbage salad. Serve everything on a warmed-up tortilla.

- 1 bag of red cabbage (8oz)
- juice from 1 lime
- Salt and black pepper to taste

- 1 cup cilantro
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tablespoons water
BUILDING YOUR TACOS
Warm up the flour tortilla for about 3-5 minutes on the oven rack. Place a little bit of the red cabbage salad down in the middle. Next goes a piece of the fish topped with the cilantro lime dressing. I add a little more of the cabbage on top. I also added some jalapenos for some heat. You can also add fresh guacamole or sour cream.
