This recipe is a good one! It will teach you How To Make The Perfect London Broil. One of the reasons why I love this recipe is because it cooks pretty fast. Any dinner that comes together quickly is a win. (How many times do I say that on my blog)
It’s a light dinner where you walk away feeling content. It’s savory, sweet, and a little tangy. To me, It’s the perfect weekend dinner.
Once it chills for about 30 minutes, I slice it up and usually serve it with a green salad and a glass of wine.
Do London broils need to be broiled? No, they don’t. I cook mine on 425 and it’s perfect. You can cook them in a pan or even on the grill.
