Kebabs with tzatziki are one of my favorite things to eat. They come together pretty quickly making it an excellent option for dinner. They’re flavorful, fresh, and wholesome.
We love to eat it with fresh pitas, homemade tahini sauce, and of course Tzatziki sauce.
The tzatziki sauce is of Greek origin. It is a fresh, yogurt-based sauce with cumber, lemon, and herbs. I use dairy-free yogurt because I don’t eat meat and milk together.
Kebabs originate from the middle east. They are traditionally cooked on an open fire, giving them a beautiful flavor. This recipe is made in a frying pan and it really does the job perfectly. Of course, you can also grill them or even bake them.
I add a bamboo stick on afterward for the kids making it fun to eat!
