This golden milk is truly a drink that will warm your insides. I was in bed the majority of last week and all I wanted was a warm cup of this delicious turmeric drink.
This drink is full of antioxidants and is a perfect remedy for this winter season. It’s a beautiful blend between spicy, earthy, and creamy. You can use fresh turmeric if you’d like but this recipe uses dried turmeric and it works just as well.

This Golden Milk comes together in about 10 minutes. It’s soothing and healing. Add this drink to your nighttime routine. You’ll be one happy human!
INGREDIENTS FOR GOLDEN MILK
- 1 1/2 cup oat milk, divided
- 1 cup full fat coconut milk
- One tsp vanilla
- 1 heaping tsp turmeric
- season with black pepper
- 1 tsp cinnmamon
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 slices of ginger
PROCESS
- To a pot, add your oat and coconut milk and bring to medium heat.
- Pour in vanilla, turmeric, black pepper, and cinnamon and mix until well combined.
- Next, put your pieces of ginger in and let simmer for about 5 min.
- Take off fire and add in your honey giving a final stir.
- pour through a strainer and discard pieces of ginger.
- Top with frothed oat milk.
